Great Trethew Manor is set in 30 acres of beautiful woodlands and gardens, which gives you plenty of walks and grounds to explore in. Within the grounds we offer a trout fishing lake, pony trekking, tennis court, camping grounds and self catering cottages.
All our bedrooms have recently been upgraded with traditional furnishings and fittings and all rooms are ensuite with either a bath or shower room. In a selection of our rooms we offer dvd players and all rooms have remote controlled televisions and tea/coffee making facilities.Within the hotel we have a character bar and restaurant with open log fires when the evenings get chilly, candlelit tables and flag stone floors.
Our A La Carte restaurant offers local produce food as well as world wide steaks such as zebra, bison and kangaroo together with a bar snack menu.Our cosy cottages are only a minutes walk from the Manor and have been converted from the stables of Great Trethew Manor over 100 years ago. Each cottage consists of a double room and a room with either bunk beds or twin beds.
Together with a shower room and downstairs is a small kitchenette, lounge/dining room. They are fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, ironing facilities, hoover, all kitchen utensils and crokery.We are ideally situated for exploring cornwall as well as devon.
