Beach Beat Surfboards are proud to have been at the forefront of the UK surfboard market since 1985. The head shaper Chops Lascelles has over 35 years experience. Therefore Beach Beat Surfboards specialize in premium, custom made, British built surfboards. Surfboards shaped for the individual, for their ability, to work best for them as an individual, NOT just imported generic shapes that are mass produced. All craftmanship and materials are guaranteed.

Based in St Agnes, Cornwall, Beach Beat Surfboards are produced using state of the art technologies. A surfboard specific CAD design program to shape the surfboards. Hence millimeter perfect custom replicates can be produces for the individual that has their perfect board on file. Or shapes to start from and develop/evolve shapes!

The shaped blanks are then laminated with UV curing resin in a UV light tunel. So the resin cures far quicker than standard production methods.
